WELCOME DRINK:

Sparkling Rosé MCC with a canapé of dried apple, salmon cream cheese & caviar

GRAZING PLATTERS:

Farm cheeses, freshly baked breads, chutneys & fruit — styled into the table décor, paired with Late Bloomer Summer Sauvignon Blanc

AMUSE-BOUCHE:

Upside-down roasted cherry tomato & caramelised onion tartlet, paired with Lucky Old Man Semillon

STARTER:

Roasted butternut soup with cream swirl, served with warm sourdough and paired with Late Bloomer Je Ne Sais Qui Rosé

PALATE CLEANSER:

Rosemary & lemon sorbet

MAIN COURSE:

Slow-roasted lamb shank, pomme purée, baby carrots & green beans, paired with Late Bloomer Oddity Shiraz/Pinot Noir Blend

DESSERT:

A trio of South African favourites: Malva pudding, chocolate pecan brownie & milk tart, paired with Boplaas Cape Tawny Port
