Our daytime celebrations were created to celebrate life! Join us for a special birthday, baby shower or bridal shower.

VENUE OPTIONS:

(Venues are subject to availability and number of guests)

The Restaurant Deck: (Up to 50 guests) Complimentary, (Non-exclusive).

The Winery Deck, Boma and Gardens: (Up to 40 guests) R10 000 OR R2000 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

The View:
(Up to 80 guests) R8 000 (Only available at either 8:00 – 11:00 OR 15:00 – 18:00)

The Conservatory:
(Up to 160 guests) R36 000

What Happens Next:

• Upon receipt of this form we will check availability and send you a quotation.
• Kindly review the quotation and use it as a base to add or remove items.
• Your event will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
• Our Event Coordinator will give you a call the day before the event to confirm all the details.

Terms and Conditions:

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. All quotations expire within two days from date of receipt. We offer 50% off for children aged 6-12 and no charge for children under 6. Final number of guests required 14 days before your event, where after your final quote will be sent for payment no later than 10 days before your event date. Any changes to the final guest list less than 7 days prior to the event will not be accommodated. In the event of cancellation within 14 days of your event, your deposit will be forfeited.

* Use of semi-private area for 6 hours. Venue available for décor setup 1 hour before event.
* Basic setup and cleaning of the venue
* Security and parking attendants
* Cutlery (stainless steel), Crockery (white plates) & Glasses (standard)
* Hostess and serving staff for your special event
* Wooden tables without table cloths
* Cocktail tables
* Ghost chairs
* Napkins
* Gifts table/Cake table
* All venues are equipped with a generator that starts up automatically within 30 seconds in the event of a general power failure

PLEASE NOTE:

* All prices quoted are for 2025 (Prices subject to change at any time).
* No self-catering allowed.
* Minimum of twenty paying guests per event.
* Please note: for functions/events we do not offer an A La Carte menu.
* We do not host events on days when we have weddings (mostly Thursdays and Saturdays).
* We have partnered with The Bush Vine Bar and Winery, they have a liquor license. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are to be purchased from them beforehand or on the day.
* Please pre-order your wine when booking your event.
* Please inform us of any special dietary requirements (Vegan and gluten-free menus available on request).

* The Greenhouse Café is a CASH FREE ZONE. We accept CARD and ZAPPER payments only.
* Please advise your guests to type in Rosemary Hill into their GPS or Map App. You will be directed to The Greenhouse Café from the farm’s main gate.
* Service charge discretionary.

* Double Chocolate Pecan Nut Brownies (please enquire about prices).

* Rosemary Plant wrapped in brown paper & tied with a ribbon (please enquire about prices).
* Cakes (please enquire about flavours and prices).
* Gas heaters in Winter for outside areas: R550 per heater.
* CAKEAGE FEE: R80 per cake or dozen cupcakes.
* CORKAGE FEE: R95 per bottle of wine, champagne OR sparkling wine applies.
* Pre-arranged additional hours will be charged at R1500 per hour, subject to availability.
