What Happens Next:

• Upon receipt of this form we will check availability and send you a quotation.
• Kindly review the quotation and use it as a base to add or remove items.
• Your event will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
• Our Event Coordinator will give you a call the day before the event to confirm all the details.

Terms and Conditions:

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. All quotations expire within two days from date of receipt. We offer 50% off for children aged 6-12 and no charge for children under 6. Final number of guests required 14 days before your event, where after your final quote will be sent for payment no later than 10 days before your event date. Any changes to the final guest list less than 7 days prior to the event will not be accommodated. In the event of cancellation within 14 days of your event, your deposit will be forfeited.

PLEASE NOTE:

* All prices quoted are for 2025 (Prices are subject to change at any time)
* No self-catering allowed
* Please note: for functions/events we do not offer an A La Carte menu
* Minimum of thirty paying guests for The Winery Deck, minimum of fifty paying guests for The Conservatory
* We do not host events on days when we have weddings (mostly Thursdays and Saturdays)
* We have partnered with The Bushvine Winery & Bar, they have a liquor license. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are to be purchased from them beforehand or on the day
* Please pre-order your wine when booking your event
* Should you wish to rent a private venue (The View or The Conservatory) an additional venue hire will be payable, subject to availability and requirements, The Winery Deck is R3500, The View is R6000, The Conservatory is R18 000
* Please inform us of any special dietary requirements (Vegan and gluten-free menus available on request)

* CORKAGE FEE: R95 per bottle of wine, champagne OR sparkling wine applies
